Can I send a filter photo instead of a part number?
Yes. If you don’t have the OEM number, you can send us a clear photo of the filter (with a ruler or reference scale if possible) and we will identify a compatible replacement. Send photos to aries@leaderfilters.com or via WhatsApp.
What filter types do you supply?

What brands do you cross-reference?
We cross-reference filters for major compressor brands including Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, Gardner Denver, Quincy, Sullair, CompAir, and others. For dust collector filters, we cross-reference Donaldson, Camfil, and other major OEM filter manufacturers.
How long does it take to receive a quotation?
We aim to reply to all RFQs within 24 business hours. For standard compressor filter cross-references, we can usually confirm compatibility and pricing on the same business day.
Does submitting a form create an order?
No. Submitting the RFQ form is just an inquiry. No order is created until we send you a formal quotation and you confirm it with an agreed payment and shipping arrangement. We will never ship or invoice you without your explicit approval.
Can you supply custom or non-standard filters?
Yes. For filters without a standard OEM reference, we can produce custom replacements to your dimensions and specifications. Please provide dimensional drawings or a physical sample for custom filter inquiries.
